Each Villa facilitates the following.

Use of Villa suites for a specific period of two weeks/one month/full every year.

Each owner gets a certified copy of the deed of the property, and a copy of the agreement that describes the use of the property for the specific number of days that is signed up for.

Temporary Exchanges of the time of use can be made among members only. Exchanges will be effected through the member-only web site. If two members want to have their slots permanently exchanged, arrangements can be made.

Those who wish to sell the ownership and/or the time slot, will be provided with help through our Web Site. Similarly exchanges can also be made accordingly.

Non member guests can be given permission to avail the facility by an owner provided the owner forfeits his/her rights for that year or for the time period availed by the guest.

The number of days need not be used in one go. Owner or nominee can use it whenever convenient and the Villa Suite availability.

Ayurheritge will make every effort to rent it to other guests and Villa owner, if he/she hasn't used up the days in a given year, can get the rental income for unused days based upon average occupancy of th facility throughout the year.

Full Villa Suite: Rs.3,600,000 (Rs.36.00 lakhs) for a full year which is equivalent to US$75000.00

Villa Suites 2 Week option: Rs.1,50,000 (Rs.1.50 lakhs) which is equivalent to US $3300.00

Villa Suites 1 month option: Rs.3,00,000 (Rs.3 lakhs) which is equivalent to US $6250.00
