The Villas will be located in such a manner that there will be views of the river and also that of paddy field. Each unit is a  A typical Villa will have two floors and are built in traditional Kerala style. Concept Plans are given with this document. There are two types of Villas. One having 2500 sqft and the other with 625 sqft each. each Villa/Villa Suites are built incorporating Kerala style as much as possible while giving due consideration for security, privacy and comforts. The front outer walls will be paneled with wood with wooden doors and brass fittings as in any old houses in Kerala.
