AyurHeritage Villas are part of a large 6.5 acre facility called AyurHeritage Health Center located in the back water region of Kuttanad in Nedumudy, Alleppey, Kerala, India with about 500 meters of private water frontage and 2.5 acres of paddy field at the back side.

AyurHeritage Health Center is an Ayurveda facility primarily yet offer a three star resort like environment for its guests. Villas to be constructed in Kerala's traditional heritage homes style. Villas provide a very comfortable home like environment with all the comforts of a rated hotel. In addition to catering for those who wish to participate in programs at AyurHeritage Center on a long term basis, these can also be used by anyone who wants to utilize this for family get together, as well as enjoy the nature and climate of this region.

All villas would be located in a such a manner that there would be view of the river and/or paddy fields. There is also a connecting road to main highway which is about 1.5 km away. We plan to provide water sports activities for the enjoyment of all those who wish to participate in such activities.

Initially we plan to construct two types of Villas. one with double story with each Villa having three bed rooms all with bath attached, living room, dining hall and Kitchenette. Two Bed rooms will be upstairs and one bed room will be downstairs. Lower level bedroom can be converted to additional living space if required. The second type will have two bedroom with bath attached and and living room and Kitchnette. The Villas will be furnished. All Villas together have a Swimming Pool exclusively for the use of those residing in the villas.

For those who wish to own a villa, they can do so. They can purchase one month or 15 days of ownership of the villa. During this time they can come with their family and friends and enjoy the stay in their own home like settings. If any one has a need or interest to participate in any of the Ayurvedic programs offered at AyurHeritage Health Center they can do so provided they book for those services early. Walk-ins are possible on an availability and first come first basis.

Once you own any Villa month or 15 days, you could make arrangements for temporary exchanges with other owners. Owners can also choose their villas to be available for others to rent either as full villas or individual rooms. Even after making your Villa open for others to rent, you could utilize it for your own use as well as the need arises. AyurHeritage staff along with this web site would coordinate all these activities. As owners you will have special access to the Web site or to the staff at AyurHeritage though whom you can control the use the use of your Villa as well as monitor its operations. Rents collected will be credited to respective owners.
