AyurHeritage Villas Services
Villas will be fully furnished with the following
  • Air Conditioners in bed rooms and living room
  • Living room, bed room and dining room furniture
  • Utensils, Cooking ware, and Cutleries
  • Bath rooms to have water heaters, shower, and deluxe fittings
  • All rooms to have ceiling fans, fancy light fittings
  • Deluxe electrical fittings, and plumbings, Generator backup
  • Washing machine, Dish washer, Refrigerator
  • The 4th bath room to have sky lights or open roof
  • All windows and doors to have nets
  • High quality floor tiles and roofing
  • Bed room and bath room linens
  • Swimming for exclusive use of the guests in villas of same cluster
Each Unit to have the following.
  • Separate meters for Water and Electricity
  • Separate Water storage tank, Cooking Gas facility
Following Services will be available as part of the ownership
  • Discount pricing in the Restaurant
  • In Villa serving of food at no additional charge
  • Free unlimited use of Swimming Pool/Courts/etc
  • Discount pricing for Training and Yoga sessions
Each Villa facilitates the following.
  • Use of one specified Villa for a period of one month every year.
  • Each owner gets a certified copy of the deed of the property, share certificate of AyurHeritage Villa Incorporated which will be specially created for this, and a copy of the agreement that describes the use of the property for the specific month that is signed up for. This will be a permanent slot and no changes will be possible after sign up.
  • Temporary Exchanges of the time of use can be made among members only. Exchanges will be effected through the member-only web site. If two members want to have their slots permanently exchanged, arrangements can be made.
  • Those who wish to sell the ownership and/or the time slot, will be provided with help through our Web Site. Similarly exchanges can also be made accordingly.
  • Non member guests can be given permission to avail the facility only for the time slot owned by an owner provided the owner forfeits his/her rights for that year or for the time period availed by the guest.
    • Pre Construction Prices: Rs.7,50,000 (Rs.7.50 lakhs) which is equivalent to US $16500.00 approx. This price is available to only those first 12 people who signs up for the Villa A. Please refer to the diagram enclosed.
Following services will be offered optionally
  • Cleaning services, Shopping assistance
  • On call maintenance staff, Laundry services, Room service
Note:
  • An agreement will be signed initially between the developer and buyer at which time developer will provide the final plan diagrams and elevation picture and surrounding view of the Villa and a complete set of rules.
  • Share certificate will be given once full payment is made and certificates are issued and certified copy of deed will be given once construction is completed which is estimated to be 9 months.
