The Villas will be located in such a manner that there will be views of the river and also that of paddy field. Each unit is a 4 in one cluster ie; four Villas. A typical Villa will have two floors. Each Villa has more than 1800 sqft and are built incorporating Kerala style as much as possible while giving due consideration for security, privacy and comforts. The front outer walls will be paneled with wood with wooden doors and brass fittings as in any old houses in Kerala. There is a small court yard in each of the villa following the style of a truly traditional house in Kerala.
